If he’s not eaten anything, you could try him with some natural yoghurt. My girl was on doggy ITU and it was the only thing they could get her to have. Every time she’s unwell now, we get the yougurt!

Please speak to your vet about tranexamic acid - his breed is at risk for poor clotting post operatively or after a trauma so might be needed with that swelling! also additional pain killers! 💓

Bless his heart. How awful for him. Such a special soul. I hope he recovers soon. When my little dog didn’t eat after surgery, I cooked fresh chicken for him. It was warm & he ate it. Worth a try. ❤️
