keep a cutting board on your counter top rinse it off often. don't cut meat on it. clean it several times a week. then you won't cut on the counters as often. I understand the adhd struggle

Quick tip with removing vinyl or even paint. Heat it up, With a hair dryer and it will peel so much easier.

Make sure you pull your air fryer from the wall while in use! It could overheat the outlet and catch fire

Honestly we did new laminate countertops and it wasn’t super pricy. Only $750 for our medium sized kitchen.
