Buy the sauce in bulk and freeze it!! Whenever I make a curry paste I ALWAYS make it in bulk & freeze, who wants to spend hours making it monthly anyway.

stock pile and freeze the paste (as mentioned in another post) as you portion it out add another brand of sauce SLOWLY to the point you're later "pre-mixes stock/base" is a different brand entirely.
