@drillsthenics: We're a big fan of pull-up. Besides the first week, it is relatively hard to sore our back by just doing pull-ups. Amazingly, our pulling strength will increase along the way, without us being notified (we often "feel" the gain by the soreness after workout). Regularly doing pull-ups can help build a strong foundation for mastering advanced movements like the muscle-up and front lever. Consider training with the Weight Vest or Dip Belt (extra weight) for even faster and better results, although it will be challenging, the payoff will be worth it. Is pull-up something you want to master, or is it your warm-up routine? @Gravgear | Yellowdude Calisthenics Playbook in bio.
