Recipe (from Everyday Homemade) 👇🏼 - 4 ⅛ cups (500 grams) bread flour (i ised all purpose) - 1 ¾ cups (400 grams) sourdough starter discard (i used mostly active starter) 1 ¼ cups (300 grams) warm water 80-90°F 1 ¾ teaspoons (10 grams) kosher salt (i used maldon salt) 1) combine ingredients. 2) stretch and folds every 15 minutes until smooth and elastic 3) let sit in a warmish environment until doubled in size 4) divide into 2 for large pizzas or 4 for medium/small pizzas 5) bake 3-5 minutes at 800F in the granitestome pizza oven if you have it!
