ECE has my heart forever and always but I could not continue my dream job once I became a mother. $1,111 after taxes…a spot in the center I worked in $650 a month. I could not afford my own center. 🤯

I went into my position with 10 years of experience they started me at 14 then after 5 years barely made 19 and then that’s 15 years of experience only with an AA…oh so so much to say!

I'm an asst with a bachelor's degree like my coworker but no teaching cert. I do the same as her. She makes more because of the cert. I don't think it's fair at all. Also have 27 years experience 😳
