sadly it’s not the tongue posture for my case. my jaw is structurally too small and i don’t have a full smile bc of it. because of my small jaw it has caused severe tmj which i’m pretty sure makes my overbite sm worse which prob causes my weak chin :(

My jaw didn’t grow during puberty and I had to get surgery when I was 14 to correct it 😅

I tried to get by with tongue posture and pulling my jaw forward for 10+ years but my overbite was so severe it required surgery and a lot of orthodontia (braces, palate expander) in the end

would you be able to explain a bit more about how and why this is more common in people with ADHD/autism/audhd? I have a very small chin/severely set back jaw and my dad had the same.
