Honey cake saveur chocolat  je crois que j'ai enfin trouvé mon meilleur gâteau de tout les temps, le gâteau au miel version chocolat  Le biscuit au miel 90g de beurre 50g de sucre 60g de miel 1 œuf 230g de farine 10g de cacao  3g de bicarbonate La crème 500g de crème fraiche entière 1 càc de vanille 50g de sucre glace Mélanger le sucre, le miel et le beurre dans un bol placé au-dessus d’un bain d’eau chaude jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient fondus. Ajouter l’œuf et mélanger. Retirer la casserole d’eau chaude et incorporer immédiatement la farine, le sel et le bicarbonate de soude. Filmer la pâte et réfrigérer-la au moins 2 heures avant utilisation. Diviser la pâte en 8 à 10 pâtons. Etaler les pâtons en feuille de 2mm d’épaisseur, découper à laide à laide d’un cadre ou un cercle à pâtisserie. Cuire les disques de pâte à 180C pendant 8-10 minutes ou jusqu’à ce qu’ils soient dorés et secs. Mélanger la crème, la vanille et le sucre dans un bol. Fouetter pour faire monter la crème. Monter le gâteau en alternant biscuit et crème  Réserver un biscuit pour décorer le gâteau plus tard Faire fondre environ 2 càs de pâte à tartiner, étaler sur le gâteau  mixer un biscuit pour recouvrir  le gâteau avec. 🇺🇸 Honey cake chocolate flavor  I think I finally found my best cake ever, the chocolate medovik cake  The honey cookie 90g butter 50g of sugar 60g of honey 1 egg 230g flour 10g cocoa  3g of bicarbonate Cream 500g whole cream 1 tsp of vanilla 50g of icing sugar Mix sugar, honey and butter in a bowl set over a bath of hot water until melted. Divide the dough into 8 to 10 pieces. Roll out the dough pieces into a 2mm thick sheet, cut using a frame or pastry circle. Bake the dough discs at 180C for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and dry. Mix the cream, vanilla and sugar in a bowl. Whisk to make the cream rise. Assemble the cake, alternating biscuit and cream  Reserve a cookie to decorate the cake later Melt about 2 tbsp of spread, spread over the cake  mix a biscuit to cover the cake with it.
