@eddieabbew: The question I get asked regularly, is what do I eat in a day. My diet consists of two meals. One at 5pm and one at 9pm. It’s because I go to bed at 1am. Please don’t believe the nonsense that you can only build muscle with six meals a day. That method works of course, but I believe this works better. If I wanted to gain more muscle size, I would just increase the meals but sticking to the no carbs, high protein and high animal fat. I’ve never felt better and I’ve also healed ailments like sleep apnoea, peripheral neuropathy, panic attacks and anxiety, through eating like this.
