@primandpenny: I bought these trousers from Zara october 2022 (yes 20 months ago)- they clearly didnt fit- BUT i kept them as my goal to comfortably get into them! I tried and stop/started so many times since the first video. Finally got in the right headspace and learnt to be consistent.
