I'm a framer and I have absolutely no clue how you could even frame a roof 4" out. Like did the garage buck sink? Did the sider mess up? That's crazy.

Because the builder uses the cheapest labor. I have a plumbing company and we’re always fixing things in a brand new house. The sad part is they charge top dollar for these houses
