Something I learned is chose your vet like you chose your doctor. Had a cat with kidney failure, vet rec euthanizing, he lived 8 years. Kept taking him in every year, vet rec euthanize.

I had a cat with feline leukimia he had a wound on the back wouldnt heal thats when i was informed of the leukimia they told me that it wasnt curable

felt this. paid 1k for the Echocardiography and tests then he did have what we thought but they didn't give further info💔 like okay... they basically told me he didn't need the test too even though

so sorry for asking but do u know much about epilepsy in gsd? all I've had is pills for my dog and he's only 5. he was diagnosed when he was 3 so didn't have them from a puppy. just thought I'd ask.

Our HCM(-/-)Ragdoll was diagnosed in October after a stroke. 6 months on beta blockers & losing 4lbs he went from moderate HOCM to mild non-obstructive😁

My cat was diagnosed with asthma and HCM a few months ago he’s having regular heart scans to keep an eye on it. this was very helpful

Can HCM cause IMHA? My cat has anemia and his proBNP was high but not sure if it’s due to the low oxygen and trying to overwork itself.
