Girl I am anaemic I haven’t had heath anxiety ever, about a month or two ago my iron dropped suddenly ever since then i literally cannot leave my house I completely feel you, absolutely horrible!

it's exhausting, I've just come out of a very bad two weeks where I was constantly spiraling. felt swollen around my armpit and breast area, went and got it checked and felt and they said no concerns

The last 5 weeks I've had neck pain and crunching noises. Doc and chiropractor said noises are from neck pain...then dizziness came..they are linked but it still sent me into a downward spiral.

I have to keep checking my citalopram box before I take them every day,and the worst thing was, the packaging was different the one time and that sent me spiralling ,what if it’s the wrong tablets ect
