Been on lamictal for 2.5 years now and I love it ❤️it’s made a subtle difference for me but my moods are dampened on both ends and I no longer get horribly depressed.

I'm on Lamictal, Seroquel and a couple other meds. Yes brain fog, forgetting things and memory issues are side effects but I can't operate without meds. My mania was amazing and not in a good way.

Bipolar 2 here. I take this and have for several years now and it’s been a great fit for me but I still have to work hard. Lots and lots of meditation and yoga. Anything to not isolate too much.

Just remember that it takes time to find balance, so don’t rush it, and don’t quit on it. I hope you find your balance. Do brain exercises if you think it will help too.
