@indianahomegirls: Were you aware of this change? This is the timeline for Indiana. Things are about to get interesting!! #buyingahouse #realestate #realtortok #indiana #homebuyer
What’s going to happen is sellers won’t list with realtors anymore because they know buyers won’t want to pay they’re broker and most will start listing for sale by owner

sounds to complicated these days to deal with realtors I think we have come to a point where it's simply easier to avoid them. and with increasing technology and ways to list tell me why it's worth it

No, you need the contract just to get paid and you’ll do anything not to work. That’s how real estate agents are even listing agents are a joke.

Fellow Realtor here. Here’s the truth. No one really knows how this is going to shake out. And this settlement just muddies the waters even more. My prediction - in the end, not much will change.

I don’t really like that. What if I end up changing my mind using that specific agent? I think that’s going to really going to affect specific markets.

Hello from Idaho! That's how it's done here already. But I know a lot of sellers are going to try for 0% when the changes are official.

I’m going to see a house tomorrow. The realtor did not mention this, will I have to sign/pay when I get there?! This must be discussed up front, no?🤔

I feel there will be lawyers or paralegals that pop up to fill the gap with contracts in hand that will open doors for buyers for a flat rate. In time agents will fade away.

All we need is an attorney and a tittle company. No need for a buyer or seller agent

We have moved several times to different states due to our jobs and every time we needed to sell, we have interviewed 3 Listing Realtors. Do you think interviewing 3 Selling Realtors is the way to go?

Question buying agent agrees to 2% commission, but the seller is offering a 3% commission to the buying agent. Can the buying agent collect one percent from the seller or they’re bound to 2% commissio
