For the people recommending toner, toner doesn’t lighten hair. It changes the TONE. Definitely needs to be lighter to match. Also, 40vol was diluted because of the water but needed more product.

If you use ion flash charcoal bleach it’s gets WHITE but use 20 developer or less and kinda sit it outside to skip tonning also

I’m definitely always down for a diy but soooo many issues. it’s 613 you should’ve just toned it. That’s what I do to mine for what you want . Plus blue would cancel the orange better than purple.
