I remember when i first became a Realtor, I registered to have access to use the supra app but I never had a chance to open a Lockbox. A team member asked if I could Open Door for his clients near my area one weekend. I was happy to help, an eager new realtor showing his first property. I was so embarrassed when i got to the property because I wasn’t sure how to Open a Supra Lockbox, I thought it was going to be easy to get the key. Click the Obtain key in the App and impress the buyers, Epic fail. I had to look it up on the fly while buyers were waiting in their car to check out the property. I tell you what, Buyers will lose confidence in you if you cannot do one of your Core Task!
