My skin use to look exactly like this and it was fungal acne my dermatologist told me to use “Nizoral Anti Dandruff shampoo” Ik it sounds iffy bcs it’s shampoo but It cleared mine so fast

i heard its called fungal acne, i used head&shoulders (shampoo) for my facewash and it cleared away❤️❤️hope this helps
