I admit I occasionally struggle with food noise towards the end of my week. I am 5 weeks in, 1st week of 5.0 and watched my husband unwrap an ice cream sandwich and no desire. I feel freed!

Food Noise- I didn’t know what it was, until I got the medication. DNA is strong, trauma is passed through it. Some of us just don’t have a choice.
