As someone who grew in CA, the lack of weather differentiation gets boring real quick. Not to mention everything’s expensive and the politics are awful. But other than that, sure nice weather.

Well, it is slightly cooler in winter. You would need to wear a sweatshirt or long sleeved tee with a puffy vest

No it rains non stop sometimes and only the rich have HVAC so the rest of us just sit in our molded apartments but then get that the rest of the time🙃
