One thing people don’t think about is leasing only adds that portion to your Debt to income, vs buying the WHOLE purchase price is in your credit. This affects future home buying, etc

You can also get out of a financed car by trading it in for a leased car and that negative equity goes into the leased car which will reset when your term is over ✌️

The only con of my lease is the insurance coverage they force you to have per your contract. My insurance jumped from $1100 a year to $2200 a year due to the level of coverage I had to have 🥺
