How is this trailer allowed on the road? In Norway that kind of trailer would never pass the inspection to get plates🧐 (I know it looks bad because of the accident but anyway😮)

My cousin and one of my favorite horses of all time got in an accident where they fell into a giant sinkhole in the mountains and they both got banged up REALLY BAD and her horse made a full recovery
