Yep, some dealers are trying to use CDK to get one over on you. The other issue is finalizing the deal. I heard people are going to have to sign the final agreement when it come back up.⬇️

I bought a car on Wednesday and was told they can't itemize because system was down. I said "I've got a calculator" and they were magically able to get me a breakdown and finalize the deal.

I worked at a dealership for 8 years. Cdk was our service software. The whole place crapped out if godforbid cdk even sneezed 😂 I can’t imagine what’s going on right now.
