make sure you get pics of the damage to both cars ,if you are going to fix the car instead of going through insurance ....very important get pics of all the damage ...

This happened to me. I was in bits for about 3 years with lower back pain and sciatica from the ABs pedal kicking the foot off me and the acceleration from the collision. My Merc van written off.
