9.8 and short shifting. That can't weigh more than 2500 lbs. Tuned right it should go low 7s if it can hook up and not fly away.

A transmissions and diff does not take 12% of power. It's way less then that. That would mean this setup have 84kw loss to heat the oil. Think about how fast the oil will boil in the trans.
