as an ADHD girlie, I wake up 4 hours before I have to go to work. I immediately brush my teeth and brew my coffee, puzzle it down then go for an hour long walk before having to get ready for work.

yes, and then just sit and read a book for 30 minutes in the sunshine 🤣 this is the most unrealistic ADHD tip. I'm going to add it to my daily planner my therapist suggested

He is not wrong. There is a “window” of dopamine production that if you leverage it then the momentum it creates can help you be productive and win the day. I leverage it daily. It’s also important creat a useful and productive routine that doesn’t include stimulus stacking tasks like consuming social media.
