Yes!! As a rule your brow tails shouldn’t be lower than the bulb, makes them look like they’re sad, shortening them will give you so much lift and brightness!!

I finally let go of mine. It’s hard to do because it took me years to repopulate my eyebrow hair but try look much better without the wrap around tail.
