I wish every provider remembered this. So many times I DC bipolar dx and meds and started stimulant and it was life changing in so many ways.

Growing up was such a struggle for me because of stuff like this but I didn’t find out I had bad adhd until I was 40. Now 3 different meds help me through the day.
