Cheesy Chicken Tikka Garlic Folded Naan 😮‍💨  If you love tikka and garlic naan… SAVE THIS. High protein, cheesy, comforting and absolutely banging 😮‍💨🔥 Ingredients (serves 2):  For the tikka chicken: 225g chicken breast, cut into large chunks
50g fat-free Greek yoghurt
25g tikka curry paste 
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt Pepper 
 For the creamy tikka sauce: 1 tsp light butter  ½ onion, finely diced 1 tsp chopped garlic ½ tsp ginger puree
1 tsp tikka curry paste
150g passata 
70ml Elmea single cream alternative  Pinch salt
 For the garlic naan: 110g self-raising flour
115g fat-free Greek yoghurt
 To finish: 40g mozzarella grated  10g light butter spread
1 tsp chopped garlic  2 sprigs of fresh coriander chopped 
💕In a bowl, mix all of the tikka chicken ingredients. Marinate for at least 30 minutes. 
 💕Fry the chicken over medium to high heat until golden and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside, keep warm.
 💕In the same pan, add the butter, then fry the onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until soft. Stir in tikka paste, cook for 1 minute, then add passata and a pinch of salt. 
💕Simmer for 5-6 minutes, stir through the cream alternative, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
 💕Mix the flour and yoghurt in a bowl until it forms a soft dough. Divide into 2 balls and roll into ovals.
 💕Cook each naan in a pan for 2-3 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
 💕Melt the butter with the garlic and brush over each naan. Flip over and sprinkle mozzarella over one half. Top with the chicken and a spoonful of tikka sauce, fold in half and press gently.
 💕Pan-fry for 1 more minute per side until the cheese has melted. Serve hot garnishing with coriander and with the remaining tikka sauce on the side for dipping.
