But if sesame (for instance) is added to the product (for whatever reason), how are the labels misleading? The labels disclose the sesame, which the product actually contains.

Companies like this surely must have several different factories, yes? Have one factory completely allergen-free and just have the other one make the allergenic products.

I feel like this would make sense. Because they can’t use the labels it should be safer as companies will take more precautions making it safe so that they don’t get sued.
