@meandmybbqs: Rotisserie chicken is just one of my favorite classics! Specially with a big corn fed chicken. I stuffed the chicken with fresh herbs like thyme and rosemary together with half an orange. To keep the chicken breasts nice and juicy, I made a herb butter and put some butter under the skin on the filets. For extra flavor, I added orange tree smokewood to the hot coals.
