Did HH field nursing for 6 months. Had to stay in the home a minimum of 45 minutes- they had to sign to close out the visit. Came home and charted for hours. Also drove about 30 mins between patients.

Can you please share the pros and cons as a home health nurse. As for me,as a hospice nurse the admission alone can take up to 3 to 4 hours to do the assessment, review and obtain medications, etc.

I loved home health but getting new orders for dressing changes/med changes and 2/3 hours of charting I made like a dollar an hour 😂
