that Upper GI bleeding probably stress-induced or long standing unhealed gastric ulcer. 2 energy drinks cannot do that, unless liquid sosa ininom nya.

There was definitely an underlying cause there. Most probably ulcer nga. Tho hindi naman agad agad nadedevelop ang ulcer, it can have multiple causes.
