I got called ‘fat’ all my life but it never bothered me because i surrounded myself with people who would lie to me and sugar coated saying ‘nooooo you are not fat you are just bulky’ or ‘in our culture big belly just means you are rich’ close family and friends said anything just to make me feel better but in reality these comfortable lies are what distort our percetpion of what good health looks like. It wasnt until i started listening to stong men like David Goggins and new people in my life that i am proud to now call my friends. As these people are the first to tell me an uncomfortable truth that allowed me to face reality and finally take accountability in my life to take action and stop making excuses to make me feel better temporary. Yes the truth hurts but so does the reality of being fat and unhealthy. I was 115kg eating dominoes everyday and society made me feel like that was healthy. Now I’ve achieved so much just by being honest to myself and taking action. You can also do the same but you need to get rid of your old habits and finally lock in your new habits to become this better version of yourself. #weightlossmotivation #caloriedeficit #weightloss #weightlosscheck #foryoupage #gymmotivation #davidgoggins
