@theaussieparamedic: Girl has a vasovagal #faint during an IMI. It’s easy to take a punt from the sidelines - especially as a healthcare provider. But how would you manage this case? Lay flat / cold fannel / hold her up and call an ambulance —— Context - I used to be a phlebotomist and we’d frequently witness vasovagals from venepuncture / haemaphobia. The most memorable case was a maxilofacial surgeon - never expected him to faint. Let me know your thoughts on management 💬
