If your looking to get a Cosori TurboBlaze air fryer you can go to the link in my profile and use code : donaldo20 at check out for 20% off Recipe Air Fryer Picanha starts by seasoning your picanha on all sides and then placing the picanha in your air fryer fat side up. set the air fryer to roast at 350F for 15 minutes. check the internal temp at 10 minutes to determine whether to shorten or lengthen the time, a temperature of 100 F is desired. Once reached, remove the picanha and let it rest for 10 minutes. Now cut the picanha into 3 pieces length wise about 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick. Now place the pieces back in the air fryer on broil (the function name is Turbo broil) for 5 minute increments, checking the temperature each time till your desired temp is reached. let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy. #cookingwithcosori #cosoricooks #cosoricommunity
