@shelenning: If you haven’t tried Peruvian cuisine 🇵🇪 you’ll either love it or hate it and I LOVE IT ❤️🤍❤️ No cap, it was one of the best food experience I’ve had because it had some Japanese influence (my fav), not much fried, they have tons of seafood, the flavours were exploding but no harm to your bowels 😆 Here are my top favs: 1. Ceviche: if you like sour stuff, pls TRY THIS, reminds me of Hinava (sabahan food) but this is so unique I don’t think I’ve had anything like this 2. Anticuchos (meat skewer): it‘s supposed to be a Peruvian street food and I hope if I go there, it’s AS GOOD but I swear the meat is marinated inside out and soft like sushi. 🍢 3.
