@eddieabbew: I get invited to many places and many events. There are certain events like this one, that I will never turn down. It is my belief that if we empower the farmers, the butchers, the grocers, the people that produce our food, they will in turn produce better quality food for us. We are the ones with the money. Instead of giving it to these multi billion pound supermarkets who don’t care about our health, let’s start shopping from our farmers, from our butchers, from our grocers. Forty years ago, I used to read that one in six of us will get cancer, now it’s one in two. There is an epidemic of metabolic diseases including digestive disorders, some cancers and poor mental health. All these are directly related to the colourful BS that we see in our supermarkets. If we don’t make the change, no one will. The politicians are not interested and neither are these supermarkets. Please let’s all start buying proper food from proper sources ie farmers, butchers and grocers. I believe if we do so, we’ll be going back to that era where only one in six of us will get cancer.
