advice from me (a swimmer): use fabric swimming hats not the plastic ones. the fabric ones tend to last a lot longer as they don't split like the plastic ones do and they don't pull your hair either

stick some tac in it.. will help putting it on your head and don't worry your hair won't go white because when your swimming the talc disappears 😁 hope this helps 😊
