My toddler stopped eating properly around the time my second child was born. It’s the worst. But sometimes when I let my daughter make the food with me she is more likely to try it. She’s still picky.

I think you should cook with her just let her help out a bit. She'll be proud of her creation and hopefully want to eat ❤️

Let them “help” in the kitchen. Obviously nothing dangerous but small things to get them involved, they love it and they get excited to eat what they help make. It’s how I got my son to love veggies😂

IGNORE IT. Do the opposite of what you’re doing. Act like you literally don’t care. Once they realize it won’t get attention they’ll eat again!

I let mine be a free-range chicken. I set out food and he can come and go as he pleases. His issue was being forced to sit down and eat his whole plate at once.
