As someone who cleans their airbnb a lot I can say with 100% confidence that not pre rinsing ends with dishes having bits of food on them.

just cuz some fancy cleaner can actually get the gunk off doesn't mean it's worth the 200 plus repair you'll end up having to pay on your dishwasher.

No pre-rinsing is an urban myth. Try washing a bowl with tiny bits of dried granola. 🫤

if you are a person who doesn't rinse your dishes, how often do you clean the trap in your dishwasher. if the answer isn't "Everytime" we not eating at your house ever.

Sorry pre rinsing is definetly still important. It can get off small stuck pieces AND keeps rice out of the jets
