The spice you bought for the tarator is basically dried dill. Make it with fresh it's a total game changer 😉 Trust me. Otherwise the taste is not as good and authentic :)

Айвар is similar to лютеница but they are little different, but both are quite nice. Снежака is cucumber salad with mayo i think if I'm not wrong.

i personally am one of distributers of Boza in the Bulgarian Coast and to be frank , Bomaks's aint the best choice, but its probably hard to get a good quality boza there so its better than nothing.
