go to things, ask to hangout, host gatherings in ur house, and peopleeee love friends that make them food as well :-) and also be curious, ask about their lives & be supportive when they start sharing

you can't do step one unless you already have friends though so this is really a instruction on how to make more friends but you don't already have friends then you're kind of stuck it step one
