ANNNND theyโre delicious..And if itโs something you look forward to and like to have..Why even think of cutting them out.. And the moment you reintroduce what youโve been restricting, that 10-20 pounds comes back..Like clockwork.. You may cut them out and lose weight..Yes..But youโre probably under eating at this point too.. And you cannot tone by under eating.. But even more important than that..Weโre talking about your overall happiness here..๐ When you deprive, resentment creeps in..And we all know that when resentment creeps in bad things can happen..
