Do try this recipe guys, you will love it and who doesn’t want to eat pizza guilt free 🍕❤️ Follow @twinsbymyside for more healthy recipes Ingredients: For base: 1 cup quinoa 1/2 cup mung dal Salt Water For toppings: Pizza sauce Your fav veggies Sliced Paneer Cheese Oregano Red chili flakes Method: In a bowl, add quinoa and mung dal. Rinse thoroughly and soak for 2-3 hours. Blend with salt and 1/3-1/2 cup water to make a thick paste. Add water water as needed. To make pizza, grease a nonstick pan with a little oil, lay the batter and spread into a circle. Make sure the crust stays a little thick. When cooked on one side, add oil on uncooked side and flip. Now apply pizza sauce and your favorite toppings and cook until ready!
