@mom_era_: Anxiety, panic attacks, depression… They look different on each person. Some days it looks like: I’m all put together, smiling, and showing up for all the things. Literally going through the motions. Other days: no shower, messy hair, tears (and don’t know why), don’t care about leaving the house or getting out of bed…or maybe I compulsively cleaned everything. Both suck just as bad. If you feel this…I see you. What helps you get through it? For me: I talk (or cry) through it. Even when I really don’t want to. #MentalHealthAwareness #supporteachother
