Saskatoon police stop and swab everyone no matter what, they pulled someone over for a muffler, changed it to speeding then changed it to suspecting driver was under the influence.

My son was pulled over in March for no reason but got a breathalizer. It’s not a problem bc he doesn’t drink and drive but I guess my point is they will pull over to test without an infraction.
