I've tested this theory on the red and yellow and this isn't true,he just got lucky and knew it didn't need weight because he balanced it b4 the video

red dot is the highest spot on the tire from the center of the wheel the yellow dot is the balance of the tire believe it or not not all tires are perfectly round.

I just got a new set of tires i was told it was a inspection purpose and a red dot was a inspection purpose for being check twice

I had a schoolteacher once that argued with the tire shop. He didn’t want to pay for balancing on three tires because they were balanced perfect and didn’t need weight. 😂😂😂
