“A bun can’t cook in a cold oven” I did this leading up to transfer. All warm things, no ice no salads. Started the day with warm bone broth. My 1st transfer stuck. Good luck 🙏

This was so hard! I hate room temp water but I knew I needed to stay hydrated. I am the type who needs water so cold that it’s almost frozen 😂

I’ve heard that and I always starts my days with warm cup of water, and have a thermos during the days.. it’s looks like that it works ✨ good luck to you too 🍀✨

not me guzzling down ice cold caffeine free coke and alcohol before I found out on my 3rd baby (got the dates wrong). Now trying for my 4th baby and being so conscious about everything 😫

I used to follow the Chinese medicine tips heavily … but realistically I just don’t feel like cold water is preventing pregnancy 😂 do everything you have control of though I get it
