I’m surprised of how many ppl that are saying not to reuse lancets. Y’all never reuse them? Ever? I mean I know it’s not the best but sometimes i just forget to change them lol

ok the walking barefoot thing though - all of us are different. i have peripheral neuropathy so i always gotta wear shoes or i won’t feel it at all 😂

I think people just say this generally, but the foot thing is for diabetic neuropathy so diabetics don’t develop infections that lead to sepsis when they do have neuropathy and can’t feel if they get

I was type 1 for 20 years and then got a rare autoimmune kidney disease. I qualified for kidney/pancreas transplant and have been type 1 free for 3 years. I did all of these things too 🥰🥰🥰 managing

The first two are if you have neuropathy, you wouldn’t be able to feel if you stepped on something you wouldn’t feel it because the numbness in your feet
